The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention has introduced health declaration forms for travellers arriving from countries with active or relevant Ebola transmission.
The NCDC said the measure follows the ongoing Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and an updated assessment of the risk to Nigeria.
Travellers arriving from other countries are currently exempt from completing the forms.
The agency said Nigeria remains on high alert, with surveillance and preparedness measures continuing as the Ebola situation evolves.
