Nigerian Afrobeats star Rema has surpassed 1.2 billion streams on Spotify in 2026 alone, taking his total career streams on the platform beyond 6.8 billion across all credits.
The milestone reflects continued global streaming of his music, including his hit song Calm Down and newer releases.
Rema, whose music has reached audiences worldwide, continues to build his streaming numbers as listeners return to his existing catalogue and stream his latest songs.
The figures cover streams accumulated since January 2026 and his overall catalogue across all credited appearances on Spotify.
