New surveillance footage released by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation shows the moment Iranian drones struck Kuwait International Airport on Wednesday, causing casualties and extensive damage.
According to authorities, one person was killed and more than 60 others were injured in the attack, which damaged a passenger terminal at the airport.
The footage, captured by airport surveillance cameras, shows the impact of the strike and its immediate aftermath as emergency responders moved to the scene.
A spokesperson for the Ministry of Defence of Kuwait described the incident as “criminal Iranian aggression,” while the country’s foreign ministry said several diplomatic missions also sustained damage during the attack.
