Khamenei Orders Military Response To Threats, Without Geographic Limits

Khamenei orders immediate military response to threats without geographic limits as Iran warns US against renewed attacks again.

Iran’s Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, has ordered the country’s armed forces to respond immediately to any enemy threat without geographical limitations, warning the United States against launching fresh attacks.

Khamenei issued the directive in a statement published on his official Telegram account, as speculation grows over a possible resumption of the Middle East war.

“If the enemies once again launch military or terrorist attacks, it is the armed forces of the Islamic Republic and the Iranian nation that will determine the time and conditions for ending them,” Khamenei says.

He also orders an update of Iran’s military target list to bring US and Israeli “physical and non-physical” assets within the reach of Iranian forces.

The Iranian leader’s directive calls for military commanders to ensure an immediate and effective response to any threat, regardless of geographical limitations.

Meanwhile, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) says its forces are strengthening their combat readiness amid fears of a possible US attack.

IRGC army spokesman Mohammad Akraminia says forces are “relentlessly enhancing their combat readiness” as tensions continue across the region.

Iranian media also report that an “enemy” drone attacked two fishing boats off Qeshm Island, leaving two fishermen injured and two others rescued.

Elsewhere, Saudi Arabia’s civil defence briefly issues danger alerts for the southwestern Jazan region and Najran Province.
