Sean “Diddy” Combs’ recent hospital visit may have followed a fight with an inmate described as a Jamaican drug lord, according to a reports.
The report said the alleged altercation happened after prison officials conducted two raids following reports that Diddy had received special treatment behind bars and possessed a phone.
Newsmen had reported on Diddy’s alleged privileges in prison, including access to a phone. The reports were followed by raids in which officials confiscated phones and other items from inmates.
According to reports, one of the phones belonged to an inmate identified as Dudus, who was described as a Jamaican drug lord. The report alleged that the confiscation led to a confrontation between him and Diddy.
The alleged fight reportedly happened while Diddy was out of solitary confinement during his daily break. It was reported that the altercation resulted in a head injury that led to Diddy being taken from prison by ambulance for medical treatment.
Reports said it had contacted sources close to Diddy for comment on the report.
The circumstances surrounding the reported fight and hospital visit have not been independently confirmed.
