Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly taken for medical treatment over the weekend after suffering a head injury at FCI Fort Dix, according to reports.
Sources at the New Jersey prison told the outlet that the music mogul left the facility early Saturday morning in an ambulance for treatment.
The ambulance reportedly departed around 1am, but the injury was not believed to be life-threatening.
Combs was reportedly conscious and speaking when he returned to the prison later that day.
The circumstances surrounding the alleged injury remain unclear. There has been no confirmed explanation of what caused it.
