He said the PDP became “a divided house” which led to a split of votes between PDP and Labour Party.

“The appellant should have produced credible evidence to sway the court to rule in his favour. Having not done so, there’s no amount of sentiments that will determine the judgment.”

“I was waiting anxiously to see if my job was secured or not,” he chuckled.

“Whether I prevail in this quest or not, the record of my effort in ensuring an order of credible elections in Nigeria shall remain for the future generations to evaluate.”

He said the PEPC is not the final arbiter.
