Air Peace has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening ties with travel agencies ahead of the launch of four new regional routes to Bamako, Conakry, Douala and Libreville on 1 August 2026.
The airline made the commitment during a Travel Agency Forum, where it brought together travel partners and industry stakeholders to discuss its regional expansion plans, commercial opportunities and efforts to improve connectivity across Africa, according to a press release.
Speaking at the forum, Air Peace Chief Commercial Officer, Mr Nowel Ngala, said the new routes would improve connectivity across West and Central Africa, support trade and tourism, and create more opportunities for passengers and travel partners.
He also reaffirmed the airline’s commitment to working closely with travel agencies to ensure the success of its growing regional network.
Representing the National President of the National Association of Nigerian Travel Agencies (NANTA), the association’s Vice President, Lagos Zone, Mr Yinka Olapade, praised Air Peace for expanding its route network.
He described the new regional services as “a significant milestone” that would strengthen regional integration and create new opportunities for the travel industry.

Senior Vice President for Sabre Travel Solutions in Central and West Africa, Mr Allen Awosikunde, also congratulated the airline on the expansion, saying the new routes would further strengthen connectivity across West and Central Africa.
Mrs Funmilayo Ogunsanwo, Manager for Air Commerce at Travelport, said the additional routes would stimulate business growth, improve connectivity and create more revenue opportunities for travel agencies. She also commended Air Peace for investing in new markets for the travel trade.
During the forum, Air Peace’s Domestic, International and Regional Sales teams presented the airline’s expanding route network, operational strengths, route performance analytics and customer-focused offerings. They also outlined promotional initiatives and commercial opportunities linked to the new regional services.
The event ended with an interactive question-and-answer session, where travel partners engaged Air Peace executives on the airline’s expansion plans, operational challenges on some routes, reservation offerings and future opportunities.
In his goodwill message, Ngala described travel agencies as essential to the airline’s success.
“You are ambassadors of the Air Peace brand. Every booking you make, every customer you advise, every itinerary you recommend and every passenger you entrust to Air Peace contributes directly to our success. Your dedication, professionalism and belief in our airline have played a significant role in making Air Peace what it is today.”

He added that Air Peace would continue to strengthen its partnership with the travel trade as it expands its network and connects more people, businesses and destinations across Nigeria, Africa and beyond, the press release said.
