President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday received the leadership of the Senate at his Lagos residence during a Sallah homage visit led by Senate President Godswill Akpabio.
The delegation included Deputy Senate President Jibrin Barau, Senate Leader Opeyemi Bamidele, Senator Solomon Adeola, Senator Abdulaziz Yari and other senators who joined the visit in celebration of the Sallah festivities.
The meeting highlighted ongoing engagements between the Presidency and the National Assembly leadership as lawmakers paid homage to the President during the Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
Among those present at the audience were Senate President Akpabio, Deputy Senate President Barau, Senate Leader Bamidele, Senator Adeola, Senator Yari and other members of the upper legislative chamber.
