General Manager of the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel Lagos, Ahmed Raza, is optimistic about the resurgence of Nigeria’s hospitality industry, following the downturn in 2020 due to the Covid-19
 pandemic.
Raza says barring any further surprises, 2021 numbers will possibly rival pre-pandemic levels, with the years leading to 2020 characterised by rapid growth of the industry in Nigeria.
Raza also explained how the pandemic helped his hotel adapt and innovate, with an increased focus on leisure offerings for domestic tourists, which now complements those for international business travellers.
