‘I Will Find You’ Becomes Netflix’s Biggest Series Debut Of 2026 With 24 Million Views

Harlan Coben adaptation ‘I Will Find You’ tops Netflix charts after attracting 24 million views within four days of release.

Harlan Coben’s latest Netflix adaptation, I Will Find You, has become the streaming platform’s biggest new series debut of 2026 after recording 24 million views within its first four days of release.

Netflix said the mystery thriller topped its global television rankings for the week of June 15 to June 21, although the company did not specify the exact period it used to define a “debut.”

The limited series stars Sam Worthington as David Burroughs, a father serving a life sentence for the alleged murder of his son five years earlier.

According to the official synopsis, Burroughs has consistently maintained his innocence. The story takes a dramatic turn when his sister-in-law, Rachel, played by Britt Lower, presents evidence suggesting that his son may still be alive.

The revelation sends Burroughs on a desperate quest for answers, forcing him to escape prison and unravel a complex web of deception in a bid to uncover the truth.

The series is the latest project under Coben’s long-running creative partnership with Netflix, which has produced 13 adaptations of the bestselling author’s novels, with another adaptation, Myron Bolitar, currently in development.

The strong debut continues the success of Coben’s works on the platform. His previous adaptation, Run Away, spent four weeks in Netflix’s global Top 10 rankings and accumulated 38 million views during that period.

Behind I Will Find You on this week’s English-language television chart were Outlast: The Jungle, Sweet Magnolias and America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

Meanwhile, The Four Seasons, created by Tina Fey, remained in the Top 10 rankings for a fourth consecutive week, adding another 1.6 million views to its tally.

On the non-English-language chart, Teach You a Lesson led the rankings with 11.8 million views in its third week, followed by The Polygamist, which recorded 7.7 million views during its second week on the platform.

The performance of I Will Find You further underscores the enduring popularity of Coben’s mystery-driven storytelling and Netflix’s continued success with book-to-screen adaptations.
