Former Nigerian military president, Ibrahim Babaginda, says the depth of corruption under Nigeria’s democratic dispensation is such that his regime will be seen as one of saints.
In an exclusive interview on Friday, Babaginda told ARISE News that talk of corruption during his regime cannot be compared with “facts on ground now.”
