In a tumultuous race that could help determine the fate of the White House, President Donald Trump has won Florida and its 29 electoral votes.

The Republican President had more than a three percentage-point advantage over his Democratic rival, prompting Gov. Ron DeSantis and Florida GOP leaders to declare Trump the winner.
Trump’s lead over Biden in Florida appeared to top the President’s 1.2 percentage-point victory over Democrat Hillary Clinton in 2016.
