Music superstar Taylor Swift announced on Tuesday that her 12th studio album will be titled The Life of a Showgirl.
Swift, who has won 14 Grammy Awards including a record-breaking four for Album of the Year, made the announcement during a podcast episode of New Heights with her boyfriend Travis Kelce.
“This is my brand new album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl’,” Swift said, holding up a blurred-out version of the album cover in a clip shared on Instagram.
The official release date for the album is yet to be announced, according to Swift’s website.
Pre-orders for the vinyl edition of the album are available on Swift’s website for $30, while the cassette version is priced at $20. A CD package including a poster of Swift is offered at $13.
The announcement follows Swift’s recent acquisition of the master recordings for her first six albums in May, securing full control of her music after a long-standing dispute with her former record label.
Swift’s current Eras tour has also made history as the first tour to surpass $1 billion in revenue.
