The council apologised for any inconvenience, saying:

The programme, which will be hosted by the Vice President, is expected to feature recognition of reform excellence and outstanding contributors to Nigeria’s ease of doing business agenda.
Professor Yemi Osinbajo, former Vice President of Nigeria, is listed as keynote speaker, while captains of industry, policymakers, sub-national leaders and reform champions will be in attendance. Red carpet opens 5 p.m., and the dress code remains Afro-Glam or Black-Tie. The event is strictly by invitation.
The PEBEC Awards & Gala Night will celebrate excellence in public service delivery, reform implementation and collaboration in Nigeria’s business environment.
The event is expected to bring together government officials, private sector leaders, diplomats, development partners and key reform contributors.
