Nollywood actor Ricardo Agbor has survived a car crash in Ibadan, Oyo State, after his Lexus SUV sustained extensive damage in the incident.
Agbor shared footage of the damaged vehicle on Instagram on Saturday, showing the silver SUV at the scene in front of the Cornerstone City billboard in Ibadan. He did not disclose what caused the crash or provide details about any injuries.
In the video, the front of the vehicle is heavily damaged, with the bonnet crushed, the grille broken, engine components exposed and the front-left tyre affected.
Agbor, who appeared to be at the scene, expressed gratitude for surviving the incident.
“This is my vehicle in front of Corner… Cornerstone City, Ibadan,” he said.
He also repeatedly thanked Jesus Christ before adding, “This is what just happened to me now. Oh God.”
In the accompanying post, the actor wrote, “As I was saying.. …Thank God Almighty I made it out of this. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ.”
Agbor has not disclosed whether another vehicle was involved in the crash or provided further information about his condition.
Born in Lagos on February 4, 1973, Agbor is a native of Delta State and studied Mass Communication at the University of Ibadan.
He began his acting career in 1992 after working as a model and gained wider recognition after featuring in the film Visa to Hell.
The actor has since appeared in several Nollywood productions in both English and Yoruba, with his career spanning more than three decades.
