Constitutional Lawyer, Liborous Oshoma, on ARISE News reacts to comments by colleague, Femi Falana SAN, that the former President, Goodluck Johnathan, is not qualified to run for office in 2023.

Mr. Oshoma says he disagrees with the comment from Mr. Falana, adding that the law in the country does not work in retrospect and as when he was a Vice President, there was no such law hence his legibility to contest the 2023 elections.
