The global outage suffered by Facebook and its Instagram and WhatsApp platforms, plunged the services and businesses of over three billion people who rely on them into chaos for hours on Monday.

Meanwhile human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, has criticized the Federal Government’s decision to support herders who are planning on challenging the anti-grazing law in court.

He says their decision is unconstitutional and described it as political suicide.

In another development, the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant. General Farouk Yahaya, flagged off new exercises launched by the Nigerian Army to tackle security challenges in the country.

The exercises include; Operation Golden Dawn for the South-east; operation Still Water for the coastal areas and operation Enduring Peace for some states in the North-central and Federal Capital Territory.
