Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari says it is clear that some elements want his government to fail.
This is responsible for the spate of insecurity across different parts of the country, he believes.
Buhari wondered why, because in his estimation, he has always followed the letter of the constitution in governing Africa’s most populous country and largest economy.
