Air Peace has introduced a complimentary airport pick-up service for eligible First Class and Business Class passengers travelling on its London routes, expanding its premium ground transfer offering.
The new service complements the airline’s existing complimentary airport drop-off arrangement and is being delivered in partnership with SIMPLAA.
Under the initiative, eligible passengers can receive transfers from their homes, offices or preferred locations to the airport before departure, alongside onward transfers upon arrival.
The service is available in Lagos, Abuja, Heathrow and Gatwick.
Air Peace Chief Commercial Officer, Mr Nowel Ngala, said the initiative was designed to extend the airline’s premium travel experience beyond the flight itself.
“At Air Peace, we remain committed to continuously improving the travel experience for our customers. The addition of the complimentary pick-up service reflects our dedication to providing comfort, convenience and world-class service beyond the flight itself.
“Through our partnership with SIMPLAA, we are creating a seamless journey from doorstep to destination,” Ngala said.
Under the service arrangement, First Class passengers are entitled to complimentary transfers of up to 70 miles from Heathrow or Gatwick, while Business Class passengers have coverage of up to 60 miles.
In Nigeria, eligible passengers can access transfers covering up to 60 kilometres in Abuja and 40 kilometres in Lagos.
According to the airline, passengers travelling on eligible tickets booked from October 1, 2026, will receive an email notification containing a link through which they can activate their rides and confirm pick-up and drop-off locations.
Air Peace said the initiative was part of its efforts to improve customer experience and provide greater convenience for passengers travelling between Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
Customers can make bookings through the airline’s website and mobile application, accredited travel agencies and major booking platforms.
